Well, what can I say, one of the best four-star hotels. The room wasn't very big for a family of four, but there was enough space. It was clean, without any strange odors. The breakfast was 5+. A wide selection of food. My wife had two types of spa massages, and she really liked it.

We liked the general aestethic of the hotel. Its clean, pretty and brings you closer to a home than a minimalist hotel. Right off the bat, Justyna from the reception started us off with a smooth check in process and a warm welcome (she is great). We arrived in the room, it was clean, included waters - and generally is in a perfect place in Krakow. The value of this hotel exceeds beyond all expectations for price. Great location, close to the castle and the center of the town. Ecerything was actually great, the room, the services, the breakfast…

The staff was friendly, and helpfull. Hotel including our room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was quiet and curtains blocked light. Brekfast buffet did not have the videst variety, but was plentiful and fresh, with on request cooked options. The location is good to go sightseeing.

Hotel is relatively close (15 min) to the Old Town Krakow, and near a ring road with good connection to the airport and bus / train station. Hotel is above a street and next to a park. Staff very kind. Simple, clean and comfortable room.

Location is the best, clean room, bathroom, good staff, big parking.

It is a cosy hotel very close to the city center. Amiable staff, comfortable beds, clean room and toilet, spacious shower cabin. Breakfast is various and delicious. There is a room for everybody to prepare coffee and tea 24/7. Parking place is OK.
