Everything was excellent 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Very good service from the reception, spa staff, breakfast and room service. Everything is so very well arranged with high quality.

We liked everything from the friendly staff, to the complimentary drinks. The Jacuzzi on the roof was excellent and could be used anytime day or night.

Beautiful design, great tasty breakfast, welcoming and pleasant staff. Organised a taxi for my mom to pick her up from the airport and to go to the railway too.

Breakfast was lovely and fresh with good choice. All staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was spotless and we would recommend staying here.

There was a roof over my head, there were doors and a bad.

Hotel room was spacious and very clean. We loved the option of parking garage accross the street. Breakfast was very tasty and lots to choose from. When something was out they would refill. :)

Everything was better than expected. There was a lovely card and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room!!! The room was spacious and looked like the pictures. We were 3 and had 3 single beds. The bathroom is spacious and has heated floor. The train station is 1-minute away. Direct train to different locations: airport, salt mine, Auschwitz. Walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast is great with a nice selection of cold and warm dishes, a lot of fresh fruits and pastries, bread, cakes. Only the coffee could be espresso, but it was compensated by the fresh fruit juice.

Delicious breakfast with great variety

I really enjoyed everything, from the room, the hotel's location and all the way to the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast had plenty of options of all kinds and even on a 5 day trip you could still diversify your breakfast enough such that you don't get bored. Would happily stay here again when back in Krakow

The staff took exceptional care of us , from before we got to the hotel, while we were there took amazing care of us , and even took care while leaving with a ride back to the airport.

The room was big and we had plenty of space for the four of us. We had two toilets which was very nice! Breakfast was yummy. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids each evening of our stay.

Very confortable room, linen and towels. Very friendly staff and great location. Highly recommended
