Beautiful design, great tasty breakfast, welcoming and pleasant staff. Organised a taxi for my mom to pick her up from the airport and to go to the railway too.

Breakfast each morning was a great pleasure, with a variety of delicious options to fuel our adventures in the city. It was clear that quality and service were not an afterthought but a priority. Stradom House is more than just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary where the beauty of Krakow is reflected in the luxury of the accommodations. We eagerly anticipate our return, knowing that each visit will be as fulfilling as the last.

Location was excellent, close to the ski resort. Quiet with plenty of parking space. Breakfast was amazing along with services and amenities.

I really enjoyed everything, from the room, the hotel's location and all the way to the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast had plenty of options of all kinds and even on a 5 day trip you could still diversify your breakfast enough such that you don't get bored. Would happily stay here again when back in Krakow

Hotel room was spacious and very clean. We loved the option of parking garage accross the street. Breakfast was very tasty and lots to choose from. When something was out they would refill. :)

The staff took exceptional care of us , from before we got to the hotel, while we were there took amazing care of us , and even took care while leaving with a ride back to the airport.

Everything was better than expected. There was a lovely card and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us in our room!!! The room was spacious and looked like the pictures. We were 3 and had 3 single beds. The bathroom is spacious and has heated floor. The train station is 1-minute away. Direct train to different locations: airport, salt mine, Auschwitz. Walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast is great with a nice selection of cold and warm dishes, a lot of fresh fruits and pastries, bread, cakes. Only the coffee could be espresso, but it was compensated by the fresh fruit juice.

Location if perfect, next to the river and not far from city center.
