The property is in a prime location to enjoy the best parts of the Pattaya . Next to; Soi 6 for beers and ladies, a 3 minute walk to the beach, Nextdoor to the Runway street vendors, & close to Club Impact. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk. I found a laundry service, motorbike rental, weed shop, legit massages and great dining within 1 block.

The location was really good. Not that great to walking street but to the beach 5 minutes

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were courteous. Hotel was very accessible and a walking distance to the beach.

The room was excellent.. evry thing was very clean, the house keeping were doing a very good job and the stuff was very friendly also the breakfast buffet was good ... I recommend the place for those how are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Big room, good lighting both natural and interior lights. Has two comfortable chairs next to a table whi h was perfect for socializing and using the internet. Great walking location to 2 malls. Terminal 21 and central mall. One block from Beach Road. The staff is very friendly and the housekeeping was very good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Has everything you need. Pool, close to great food, shopping etc. Room has all your standard amenities

Great location. It's near the roadside yet very calm with a beautiful view of the yard. Modern furniture. Occasionally you would find some cute fat cats 🐈 around the vicinity and for cat lovers like me, I get to pet them. Oh, and the staff is very welcoming too.

Did not have breakfast prefer to eat out, everything you needed close by, friendly staff

Great value for the money - We come to Pattaya every year and this is our go to place to stay - Excellent staff - Very clean - Also close to Terminal 21 etc

The location can't be better if you are into night life and not looking for a quiet place. The rooms have everything expected at this price point.

Everything. The room is huge and comfy. View from balcony is stuning like seeing the sea in your private space. The lounge Big Fish is serving free flow after noon tea, cocktails and appetizers like since noon to evening. No need to go outside the hotel ever.

I like the place, worth the money, staff are very accomodating and helpful, service of the staff makes our stay worth while, will be staying here again when we come back to pattaya. There is a tops convenience store along the alley, coffee/drinks stand opposite the hotel

Ever since I discovered this hotel, I have been only going here. It fits my vibe and in the crowded pattaya, you get some quietness in this hotel.
