the location is very good, next to the National Museum, and MRT is just several mins walk. And the staff really friendly and helpful! also unlimited mineral water bottle, that we can take. Also the room that I stayed, have a separate toilet room and shower.

Room Quality: The rooms are clean, modern, and nicely designed. While the size is compact, they are highly functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Staff & Service: The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Facilities: One of my favorite features was the laundry area. It’s such a thoughtful addition, especially for families or longer stays. Value for Money: This place is a gem! For the price, you’re getting top-notch service and facilities—definitely a 10/10 for value.

Location was amazing, bed was so comfortable, dining area with free soft drinks and microwave were so helpful when we took out foods from nearby shops. So many food options in walking distance. Loved it and highly recommend!

it is very convenient to tourist spots

This was a great hotel. Location was great right across from the train station which was very convenient. We took uber to an from a lot of local things we wanted to see and do just because we have a toddler but location is so great that the rides were quick and cheap. The room was on the 28th floor an such an amazing view. Room was very spacious for us (4 adults and toddler). This room had two large beds, desk area, and couch area and there was so much room for luggage an stroller. Bathroom was nice and big. Room was bright (comes with blackout shades) and modern. Hotel starts on 4th floor of high rise and offers kid play area, food seating area, free snacks, water, tea and coffee. It’s really one of the best hotel of our 5 week Asian trip and we will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the family. We will be back and will stay here again!

Love this hotel! The lobby was great; the carousel-like installation at the center was certainly impressive. Room was spacious (a welcome change from Japanese hotel rooms haha). While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there were snacks available the entire day at the lobby and in the afternoon they served finger foods and juice/tea between 2:00 to 4:00 PM. There are also loads of places to eat and buy food. The lobby offers ample seating for those who bringing in their takeaways. Hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station so easy to move around (via the Tamsui-Xinyi red line and Bannan blue line) and get to and from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (via the Airport Express purple line). Our little one definitely enjoyed the play areas (there's one for kids and a separate one for toddlers and babies). Due to recent change in rules, expect that there won't be the usual single-use toiletries except for towels, tissue, and room slippers (shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, and hand soap in fixed dispensers are available in the rooms). But unlimited bottled water, and coffee and tea packets are available at the lobby as well. Bonus: They have weighing scales and packing supplies next to the carousel in the lobby, very helpful for avoiding baggage shock at the airport after much shopping.

Perfect location. A few steps away from Taipei Main Station, Taipei Airport Train, Ximending. Lots of food options around the area. The basement lounge was a lifesaver. It was so cozy, there’s free coffee, water, plates and utensils. Service was very good too.

I like this hotel very clean and good place.very near from train station .specially Fan Lin is very cooperative guy and hotel staff also very kind Speak english very well.

Due to our flight delay, i wrote the hotel before and the receptionists were waiting for our check in at around 4 am. The check in and check out too just a few minutes. The rooms are nice and spacious comparing to many hotels in Taipei. Hair dryer, slippers, shampoo and shower gel are provided. You can also get drinking water (with your own bottle) in the common room. This hotel is located right next to Taipei main station which is so convenien to travel around. There are many local food shops nearby. Even the famous first bubble tea brand is located in the shopping mall next to hotel's building. The hotel's staffs are friendly and you will get the prompts amswers if you write them questions via emails or messages. With this budget, i really recommend this hotel. And of course, we'll stay at this hotel for our next visit.
