The Kelly Wreastler design as always is impeccable and beautiful and tasteful all around in lobby, the rooms and restaurants. You can’t find a better rooftop view than Proper in SF and on weekends it’s always a cool crowd. The beds are so comfortable the shower just perfect and most of all the staff are so helpful. I had a meeting 5 minutes after I arrived and they helped me with an early check in to get to my room.

Clean & comfortable. I arrived very late due to flight delays but the hotel is staffed 24hrs. The room was basic, yet comfortable. The shower was amazing, great pressure that I really needed after a long day of travel. Good wifi, coffee available at reception & free breakfast. While I'm not a huge fan of donuts, when in the US just do it. They also held my bags all day while I saw the sights & I was able to relax in the downstairs lounge until it was time to head to the airport. While I've heard a lot of negative reviews about the Tenderloin, I felt perfectly safe. I walked to the station to take the train to the airport & had no issues. I wouldn't do this at night but that's the same anywhere in the world!

Hotel and staff all great, the location has a lot of homeless around but we had no problems.

It was clean and well lit. Bar was convenient for a small bite and yummy cocktail.

Beautiful lobby, the rooms were nice spacious and warm.

Everything was kept clean. There was someone there every day and the staff was very sweet and helpful. The location was also perfect for transiting around the city.

Nice place to stay, right off the freeway, close to downtown SF. Best staff interaction, especially with Chris. I made a terrible mistake in booking room. He was very very patient with me, as I tried to correct my mistake. Even assisted me with phone App, as he saw me struggle. Being elderly and disabled, I'm glad I picked SF Central! Cleaning Staff was nice and professional, provided extra blankets and coffee as requested. Definitely would stay again!

Room was small but location and staff were great. It's our gateway to a fun night in the city. Unbeatable price and value.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were kind and direct. i like the layout of the building as i actually found it kind of fun to navigate to my room. The room itself was clean and well situated, its an old building with a lot of charm and it really has everything you need, especially as a solo traveler only staying 1 night. I canceled my reservation at Yotel SF to book with Edwardian for a much MUCH better price, no crazy deposit, and it was actually closer to where i needed to be. It was the best decision i ever could have made for my trip as it ended up saving me well over $150. It really was an important part of my first time in SF and i wouldnt mind staying here again sometime, i may even book it again just to recapture some of the time i spent here, it was special and an important step for me as a beginner traveler.

Simple, clean, and comfortable. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, big TV, clean bathroom. Interesting unmanned electronic remote check-in.

The staff is friendly and rooms are nice and a very good value for the price.

Ease of check in. And was able to accommodate an early check in. They also have a locked baggage storage they allowed me to use after I checked out since I wasn't leaving town for a few hours. Older building but that's part of the charm.

Amazing house, very San Francisco The vibe is wow, the staff is amazing, location is great. They serve wine, cheese and crackers every afternoon :)
