The staff was beyond wonderful & willing to help with anything they could. Room was nice & clean, and the bed was very comfy. Surprisingly, the room was exactly the right temperature so i didn't freeze all night or wake up boiling as you usually do in hotels.

It was nice having coffee in the morning. It helped greatly traveling with kids to have a microwave and a small fridge in the room. We received adjoining rooms on request for a very small daily top up fee. The room, bathroom and kitchenette was well appointed, quite spacious with beautiful crockery to utilise when needed. Very soft bed, comfortable pillows and clean rooms. All staff at the front desk, at the entrance door, in the restaurant, the cleaning staff was very accommodating and friendly throughout the stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants around Dupont circle and surrounds. Beautiful safe neighborhood.
