We were so close to everything - but the room was so spatious and clean (which, honestly, doesn’t always go with close to everything)! Plus, the front desk staff was simply amazing.

The location was a 2 minute walk from Union Station which was perfect for catching public transit around town and for train travel. The suite was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was street noise in the morning but not too disturbing for us. It was worth the trade off for the price and location.

We took an Amtrak that arrived at Union Station at 11:40am. We were able to check-in at 1:14pm. That was very much appreciated, considering check-in isn’t officially until 3:00pm. All of the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. When we tried to check in around noon, our room was not ready yet, but they offered to hold our luggage so we could grab lunch while we waited. We also really appreciated the quality of the hand soap and lotion in the bathroom!

It was perfect for the 2 of us. Everything was as pictured. I did notice we only had 1 chair in our studio and was supposed to have 2. I messaged the host and they practically responded immediately. Within minutes…the 2nd chair was outside of our door. It’s also less than a block from Union Station and the Union Transit Center. We even walked from Millennium Park and the Riverwalk a few times. Will definitely book again!
