Located in a great area, very safe. Staff was so helpful and kind. I don’t think we could have picked a better spot. Rooms were well taken care of and cute!

The bed is very comfortable. Wide variety of breakfast. The overall environment is comfortable. It is also very convenient to Uber to WaterFront.

The location is a short walk from the beach and there are many many fine eating spots all within walking distance. Tw room was everythung I needed for my short stay and it was very quiet where my room was located. Rood 108.

The staffs are the most amazing people that I have ever met during my 11 days in South Africa. I remembered them because not only they are helpful, but also making a long-lasting impression on you. During my hike to Lion's Head, we forgot to bring a flashlight, and one guy at the receptionist lent me one!! (I truly apologize, the flashlight got into my suitcase and in Boston right now). But I truly appreciate it and will definitely make up for it)

Exceptional service and probably the best hotel breakfast ever. Great to have private secure parking too and attractive outside areas.

Excellent service from the time we walked in right up to the time we checked out! We were lucky enough to be upgraded but the standard is incredibly high to start with. Welcome drink, bed turn downs, and daily hand massages all part of a normal day. Breakfasts were amazing!
