Breakfast was excellent and the location is brilliant. Cavendish Square shopping mall is within walking distance.

My experience at Neighbourgood was sooo nice, the hotel was so clean and well thought out with the communal spaces. It was my first time in South Africa so I was a bit anxious about how my stay would go, but this hotel made my experience amazing.

The food was divine. The people were so friendly and polite. The food was different every day, so that was satisfactory, considering we stayed there for close to a week. Thank you, and i will recommend friends and family to live there.

Impeccable experience from start to finish. The modern and spacious facilities were spotless, reflecting a standard of cleanliness. The staff and management team, led by the exceptional Adrian and Xolani, were courteous, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location is so central and convenient. Breakfast is perfect. The service was amazing from reception to the bar, dining and cleaning. The staff are so friendly and pleasant and the rooms are lovely and comfortable, exceptionally clean! I was blown away and will definitely recommend this hotel.
