Lovely recently modernized apartment in a beautiful gated complex. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Balcony overlooking the pool with mountain views. Location is perfect! close to all amenities, beautiful park across the street and 10 minute walk to the beach. We were a family of 4 staying in late July/early August and we could not of been happier. Excellent communication from the owner with the apartment well stocked with towels, deck chairs etc. the shopping cart provided is a lovely touch. Simply could not recommend highly enough!

After a problem with our original booking, we had to find a new apartment on the afternoon of December 31st, so after booking this apartment, we immediately called the hosts and, although they were surprised by this last-minute booking and were preparing for New Year's Eve, they were willing to give us the keys and explain everything about using the apartment.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Amazing decoration with a ton of Spanish hidden gems that makes it even more unique. The terrace is mind blowing. It brings so much serenity and calmness to the flat. The views from up there are astounding. I could go on and on about this place, just book it! And you’ll see what I’m talking about. Ramon is an incredible host and I will be recommending this my family and close friends when they stop by La costa del sol.

-Responsive and helpful host. Very kind and willing to answer questions. Bright and happy apartment with a view of the ocean. Very clean and welcoming. Looks just like the pictures! -great facilities: we especially loved the pool. The grounds were nice, there is a snack bar by the pool, an arcade and restaurant, plenty of space, and shade. There is a nice grocery store inside the apartment building that had everything we needed. It was really nice to have easy access to fresh fruits and veggies, which can be hard to come by on vacations. -great location to beach and restaurants : The beach is right across the street. I loved that we could spend all day at the beach while still coming back to the apartment for lunch or bathroom breaks. -near bus-stops, easy to get to/from the airport or train station, or to other beaches. There is a taxi-hub right outside the gate of the property if you need one, but we were fine using the buses.

The apartment was beautifully maintained, modern and spotlessly clean. On arrival Cristina prepared us welcome gifts, drinks and even breakfast for the children for the following morning. The views from the balcony are stunning and it is a large enough space to enjoy dinner and drinks in the evening. There is a washing machine which came in handy, but also Cristina the host left us essentials we didn't expect such as washing tablets, washing up liquid, milk, tea and coffee. The location is excellent... You can exit apartment and then through a door off the corridor reach the beach, which also has loads of bars and restaurants. It is also only around 5euro in a taxi to the marina, or can walk in around 15 minutes. We as a family have stayed in many Airbnbs and rentals but I can honestly say Cristina went above and beyond. Our son has a disability and cristina accepted requests beforehand and during our stay to make it possible for us to support him best while away from home. Cristina absolutely goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have the best experience and we were really grateful for this. Would definitely visit again 💜

Lovely apartment with fabulous views.

Well where to start ? This property is absolutely perfect for families who want a tranquil and peaceful holiday but that is in very close proximity to the beach and the hustle and bustle of benalmadena marina 😀. Roy the host was fantastic always on hand to help at any time we needed him , we were able to contact him on Whatsapp which was perfect. The property itself is amazing everything you could need to make a perfect holiday , really homely feel to the property and air con was amazing. Everyone loved the hot tub and BBQ on the terrace which is where we spent most of our time. Kids also loved the fact there was Netflix , Disney and other apps on all TV throughout the property (yes I know , the children of today hey ) We didn't have a car and used taxis to get around from Uber and bolt apps. There is a large mercadona around 10 minutes walk and also a cafe and play area for the children which was awesome. The communal pool was never busy and was cleaned a few times a week, plus the locals were very friendly and always said hola to us 😀👍 I really recommend this property for families with children or couples who are after a tranquil holiday to relax and unwind and we will definitely be back in the future 100%

This was the second time in half a year when we stayed at Malva Loca. That certainly says it all - we love the place - its location, its layout and facilities, the friendliness and hospitality of the owner and the atmosphere around the Marina in Benalmadena. Julian, the host, has done everything to make us feel welcomed. It felt that nothing is too much for him and for that we are extremely grateful. There is literally everything in the apartment one might need for a comfortable stay, and even more. Hassle-free parking at a very reasonable price, lots of shops, bars and restaurants around, and of course a beautiful beach. We will certainly stay in the Malva Loca apartment again.

Lovely apartment, comfortable sofa and beds and very well equipped kitchen. Fantastic location, across the road from the beach, lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and great local bus service. We found this ideal for our family holiday. Would definitely stay again.

The property was truly a home from home for us. The apartment was immaculate and very well furnished. First impression was that it looked bigger in reality compared to online pictures. The welcome pack was a great addition as it saved us shopping for a few days, so well thought out with everything from wine,beers,meats cheese and snacks to name a few items. Lovely touch ! The beds were so comfortable. Fantastic large bathrooms with level access walk in showers. Great quality bedding and towels. The sun terrace with hot tub and 4 loungers as well as a seating area and table for dining was huge and very private.

Great location huge house and well equipped

The property was exactly as advertised! No “best” angle photography or “staged” rooms. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need and more. Quiet, low traffic area. Huge, spacious deck over looking pool with lovely view of the sea! Big, comfortable living room. Both a nice shower stall in one bathroom and a tub/shower in the other. Easy, no contact check-in and check-out. Wonderful place!

Perfect place to stay for the summer holidays: close to everything, quiet, fresh renovation and furniture conditions, comfortable beds. Host was also very friendly!

Great reception and a bottle of wine as a compliment! Very nice location, first line to the beach and beautiful park behind. Clean, comfortable and very nice view. It would be interesting to see how it looks in summer time... a reason to come here again 😉
