Great location, friendly and hospitable owners. Lovely veranda and a garden view. Very clean apartment. The beach is across the street and there is a restaurant nearby and supermarkets. You can go walking by the sea to the central area of Nea Peramos.

The apartment truly lived up to its 'luxury' name. We spent 5 nights here and loved the stunning sea views from the balcony. The location in Nea Peramos is great, and the host made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Overall it was a great experience suit was new very nicely decorated.Owner was very kind and attentive. She prepared the suit very thoroughly and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again.

The place was squeaky clean, quiet and modern with an amazing view from the balcony. Absolutely would recommend and visit again if available! What made our stay even better was the amazing hospitality of the manager. Everything we asked was arranged in a matter of minutes. Special thanks to the hospitality manager Panagiotis he really made our stay 10 out of 10..

Panos is a very welcoming host. We were a bit late due to traffic and he waited for us to show us the room and he had even preheated it for our daughter.

The property has good location, its close to the main street with the all restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment was clean and very cozy, the host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend and defiantly will come back.
