Wonderful new property in a great, quiet location close to the center. Newly renovated with easy check in and check out, and very responsive host.

Our stay at Palazzo Nveneziano Luxury Living was fantastic. You can immediately see the passion and investment behind the renovation of this beautiful palace, perfectly combining historic charm with modern luxury. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds comfortable, and the integrated technology throughout the property is impressive. The location is ideal (walking distance to the center of Monopoli while still quiet and relaxing) and the free nearby parking is a huge plus. The owner, Tony, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Bringing breakfast on the first morning was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay feel even more special. Highly recommended!

Everything. Super cozy large loft apartment. Had great amenities and Tommaso was a great host. He was very kind and inviting. It was super close to the city center. An easy walk yet far enough away to get a quiet night. Monopoli was the best part of our trip so far and this apartment was a big reason why. Look forward to staying again soon and recommending to friends.

Great recently renovated apartment in the historic centre. Located on a exceptionally quiet street near the church. Five minute walk from the main square. Most great restaurants are no more than ten minute walk. Closest beach is a ten minute walk. We went to Cala di Porto Verde and it took us around 20-25 minutes. Comfortable bed, amazing bathroom on the second floor. Jacuzzi works and even has RGB lights. The host was extremely helpful and even returned the swim suit we forgot at the apartment.

Wonderful view from the rooftop (nothing extraordinary but being able to see the birds, the sky, and the buildings under the shade is wonderful). They have two distinct floors with two bathrooms and two showers. First floor is an entrance and stairs and the second floor has the bed and the toilet/restroom. The third floor is the kitchen, access to the rooftop terrace, and a smaller second bathroom. Inside the old town, great access to everything in Monopoli.

We lived the gentleman who greeted us and took care of us during our stay. The place is clean, beautiful and well laid out. The location???!!!! We were within 100 feet of the best restaurants in Monopoli. The old town, which surrounded us, was spectacular. The food, marvelous, the people, the land, the sea, the beaches…. Kings excellent! Everything about this hotel is perfect, the hotel itself is beautiful, all the details from the decoration to the amenities are great. Barbara the owner is lovely and took care of us all the way. The food was delicious! 100% recommend. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was excellent – the apartment is beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to the center and the beach. The host was very kind and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Gorgeous Palzzo- Great location/views-Beautiful art- Delicious breakfast. I have chosen this hotel twice, and would gladly do it again. Especially great choice if you need to park a car.
