Best location. Clean and comfortable, loved this place. Always water in the lobby, recommended some of the best restaurants and made reservations for us. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Beautiful resort by Perugia, and I wished I could've stayed there longer! It was an absolutely gorgeous historical property and the room was supremely well appointed. The lobby feels so cozy and nice and the staff were wonderful! The breakfast is incredible and had a ton of choices and I'm sure the restaurant is amazing too, but we were there only for a festival in a nearby town so didn't get to sample it. There are beautiful gardens to walk through with the dog, and the area around feels like a real oasis and relaxation center. I would go back in a heartbeat and we absolutely loved this hotel.

This property was amazing. Very modern. Beautiful location. It was beside all the restaurants, 5 minutes from the train Station and lovely shopping area. Which was great for us as we didn’t rent a car. Monika was the best host and helped us out with any query, especially with getting trains to Perugia. 2 fantastic sized double bedrooms & spacious living/kitchen area, looking out at lovely pedestrian area. Would recommend this property and will definitely be going back.

Beautiful apartment, well furnished, extra luxuries ,good bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, all very pleasing. Villa Adige (M&M Holiday House) is in a lovely, quiet location with a grocery store within walking distance (50 meters) for your grocery needs. The garage was fantastic to have; the large interior spaces made it so roomy and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and the three bedrooms (we only used 2) with their comfy beds made for great sleeping. The two-way windows all had screens on them (not every home in Europe has them), so they could be left open for fresh air. Each room had it's own AC/Heating unit on the wall for comfort as you needed. There is a washer and dryer available, but we did not use them.
