Luxury Hotels in Ha Long

Host; Nido was awesome and very friendly and helpful. Had motorcycles we rented (with a picture of your international drivers permit). Comfortable rooms and good views. More of a bed and breakfast type setup with nice private rooms in m the upper floors with a common living room kitchen area on the ground floor. It was great!

I needed a space to sleep while my cousin was in the hospital. I booked the room 10 minutes before I walked in so they did not have time to prepare but all I needed was there and it was clean and spacious with a kitchen and big bathroom. The host does not speak English but we communicated via Google translate. He was kind enough to come and get me from reception because I was not sure how to get to the room. If you want to come to Ha Long Bay for the fireworks and party boat this is a great room. The view over the bay is excellent and you will have the best view of the fireworks. It is not really my thing but it was pretty. It is on the 15th floor so is you are afraid of heights stay off the balcony.

The staff and service were absolutely fabulous. Tim was a great tour guide, he was fun and very entertaining. All the meals served were delicious and very fresh.

The pool was nice, buffet pretty worth it. Went in late May, had a lot of value for the money ! Staff was exceptional.

The views are incredible. Staff is amazing bed is the most comfortable bed ever clean clean good food.

The crew was kind and helpful all the time. Our guide, Mr. Binh was excellent, very friendly and gentle during all the activities, giving us a lot of interesting information.

I loved the cruise and the activities we did. Shout out to all the staff and our guide Tommy. I will try to do this cruise again when I come back to Vietnam. My first cruise even and it just set the bar very very high!

Nice staffs, room with ocean view. We went there on my daughter's birthday , the hotel gave us birthday's cake and nice decor.

We had a a fantastic 2 night stay on our Capella cruise. So good we wish we could have had a 3rd night. Our children and my husband and I have all said the cruise has been the highlight of our 3 week travels around Vietnam.

Amazing experience from beginning to end! The service is over the top incredible & we enjoyed every moment. The food was delicious, the staff was so accommodating, and the views were breathtaking. Our butler Jason was so kind and helpful, we loved having him! Nar and Tevez were as also really great. I highly recommend this cruise, it’s the best option in Ha Long Bay.

What a fabulous experience in a wonderful location. The triple room was good value for three adults and was very comfortable. The bathroom was certainly a room with a view. The food was exceptional, especially the evening dinner. The happy hour was good value. Lots of activities were provided i.e. bamboo boats, swimming, canoeing, spring roll demonstration activity. The staff were very welcoming and polite.

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

All the food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly & helpful….especially Harry & Tomy were great ,Owen and Kenny were fantastic . The person who took us on the speed boat (can’t remember his name) to the village etc., was knowledgeable. He did his job well. The accommodation was excellent, has to be seen to be appreciated. We enjoyed the trips & the activities. We had a wonderful time on the cruise. Thank you Venus .
