Location, facilities, parking, staff, environment - all very, very good, clean, tidy, friendly, welcoming - highly recommended. Will definitely continue staying at the Marriott.

On entering our room it looked clean and comfortable as expected. Then when I opened the bathroom door I could see grime under the sink rim, I took some tissue and it wiped off easily. But that gave me an initial negative impression of the cleanliness of the hotel.
Apart from that negative, everything else was as you would expect a Marriott hotel to be. Clean and comfortable.

Room MOO3 was absolutely perfect for us and allocated to us by Caroline on reception who understood my requirements having just had a major op - knee replacement. She is an absolute asset to Marriott hotels Cardiff, for sure. She went far and above and beyond to make our stay special. We will be back for sure. I can’t thank her enough. I would like to say thanks to all the staff we met who were a delight. It’s called going the extra mile. Thank you.
