United StatesI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a great variety of delicious options. I also loved having the option to dine at the hotel’s restaurant for dinner. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at the Mercure hotel in Edinburgh. Apurbo and Sonia, the receptionists, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome from the start. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities exceeded expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend the Mercure hotel in Edinburgh, and I rate my stay 5 out of 5.

Just like the last time we visited Livingston, the staff were superb, the room was excellent. We said that the rooms needed an update and really pleased to see that it has been done. Well done. An amazing time spent at the Mercure..
