It was a last-minute booking after a cancelled flight, and the reservation process was quick and easy. The self check-in worked smoothly, and the property is in a very quiet area while still being relatively close to the airport. Overall, a good stay

Room was clean and tidy upon arrival with a freshly made bed. In room amenities where extremely generous for the price of the room. Balcony was nice and bed was comfortable.

The owner at the concierge was so lovely and helpful in planning my trip. The room was comfortable, looked exactly as the photo. A/C worked well.

Didn't hear road noise which was a big bonus..

Location - nice and close to the airport. The room was tidy and perfect for one night (we arrived late and left early).

The staff are super helpful, Lucy in particular, the lady helped us check-in early. As we only had one day in Brisbane this allowed us to do some sightseeing. The location is great, not too far from the airport, a short walk to the river to catch the ferry down town, restaurant's close by.

The privacy and the self serving service

Perfect location for STARS and RBWH hospitals. 6.min easy walk. Saved money on parking. Provided frozen meal options for dinner and small realfast pack at reasonable prices. Facilities were basic however spotless and had everything you need. Stsff very helpful. Limited parking however free.

2nd time staying here, great value for money. Very clean & basic but classy set-up. Staff is easily contacted & plenty of parking. Really close to the city too.

This was a great place for a quick overnight. The chocolates and note were a bonus. Many places for food and shopping and the river close by for a nice walk.

Close to transport for easy access. Rooms are fitted with good facilities.

Location was excellent. Staff were very helpful- found my lost bag and returned it intact. Their honesty and support was unbelievable. Beds were excellent; neighborhood very quiet and transport is very good.

Pete and Danielle, the hosts, were really friendly and were kind to our granddaughter. It made it feel like staying with relatives. For anyone travelling with young children this place is special. Loved it.

Perfect location to catch train into town and plane the next day.
