I had an amazing stay at D’Arcy Arms Hotel. The customer service was honestly the best I’ve experienced. The lady at the front desk was incredible — so kind, helpful, and accommodating. I had a race in Robina and needed a little extra time to come back, shower, and pack up before leaving the Gold Coast, and she allowed us to stay back at no extra charge. That gesture meant a lot. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Parking was easy with great access, and the overall experience was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be staying here again! 💯🔥

The accommodation was spacious, all facilities that you need for cooking and laundry ( if needed ) were there.. Beds were very clean and comfortable, Very well thought out. Vicki at the check in was very helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that I could bring my little dog, that was a big plus. I would stay at the Jadran Motel again, thank you.
