Properties with Onsen in Chino

This property was easy to find in the daylight and is in a natural setting. We were checked in fairly quickly and given instructions about amenities including an onsen.

Very friendly and helpful owners, very nice food. Good location, especially for people interested in snow shoe during winter. Very good value.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. It feels like you are staying in a friend's cabin in the woods. The owner is one of the kindest people I have met so far in Japan and an amazing cook. Every meal was outstanding. The beds were comfortable, the room was airy, and the bath felt amazing. I can't sing enough praises.

Extremely thoughtful design of campground and cabins. Very comfortable futon. Lovely sound of the stream that drains Tateshina Lake right next to cabins. Great cafe at the main lodge. Easy walk to the main restaurant area.

The rooms were very clean, quite big and very comfortable. The public bath was exceptional. The breakfast was simple and delicious.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our lack of japanese skills. Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the initial cost of the booking, and the quality of it was fantastic, doubly so considering it came at no extra charge. Location was also great, 5 minute walk to both the local station and convenience stores.

Clean, easy to check in and out, good hospitality. A few restaurants and good spot to take a walk around there. Highly recommend it

Food was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! As someone who builds their entire trip around food, this place made me want to stay for as long as possible because the quality of the meals was unmatched.

Everything! The room we stayed at had a beautiful view of the lake. The onsen was wonderful. Sumire, the staff that served our dinner and breakfast was great and the food was both delicious and beautiful.

I slept in a single bed room, super budget option in this magnificent hotel, and still 100% benefited the same beautiful facilities and staff.

For our honeymoon my wife and I decided to pamper ourselves with a ryokan with an in-room onsen. Yes, it was pricey but worth it! The location was perfect for de-stressing after hectic atmosphere of Tokyo. The staff were very accommodating and took care of everything for us. The food was amazing. We had a private dining room where we were served our freshly made meals. The Ryokan provides breakfast and dinner and with the amount of food you get, you can definitely skip lunch. This was our best experience we had in Japan and would love to do it again.

The family room with indoor osen bath is great. Very clean and spacious with Japanese style. They have both beds and futons. The staff are really nice, very Japanese traditional *omotenashi*.
