This is the best homestay I have ever been in. Jofan and his family are the real meaning of hospitality. Breakfast was delicious as the options for the dinner as well. Everything was clean and the atmosphere very welcoming. I also appreciate that the water/coffee were available. Lovely playful kitties gave additional bonus for the lovely atmosphere.

Don't hesitate Sunrice homestay is a Heartwarming Welcoming experience hard to beat. An outstanding view from the shared deck is perfect for relaxing and having breakfast. Simple but comfortable rooms and basic toilet facilities with hot water which is a real bonus around Flores . A Wonderful meal was prepared for all guests to share in the lovely dining area plenty of variety and nice to share a meal while chatting . Geoff and family are Outstanding hosts very helpful and ensuring everyone has a great experience . The morning rice paddy tour is a memory you will fondly remember.

We felt very welcome by our kind hosts, the rooms are clean and in front of the two rooms is a cosy outside living room / dining room where the family can gather in the evening. Clean toilets, shower. The breakfast was delicious, pancakes, and homemade bread. Very kind hosts.

+ amazing views of the valley with Ruteng town from each room + shared kitchen with a fridge, refill water station, coffee and tea + super helpful host, who speaks perfect English and can help with nice trekking routs or visiting real local traditional ceremonies + fast 20-50Mb/s and stable WiFi

Thanks for being open and receiving guests even on Easter 🥹 the house is beautifully decorated, I had the best hot shower in Flores there! The owner is very nice and welcoming ☺️ and cooks delicious breakfasts! Wish I could stay longer.

All good but the most i like the view so wonderful

From the checkin we immediately felt like we were visiting and sttayed at our family friends. The property is really beautiful and has amazing position with a gorgeous view that can you enjoy at brakefast (brakefast was 10of10) on the teracce. The house is new and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Adi's lovely wife can also prepare delicious food for you.

Very good value, clean, good price, central

Beautiful room in a beautiful property in the hills of Ruteng. I was surprised by how cool the nights were which was great because it meant I could sleep without air conditioning for the two nights I stayed. Good kitchen and great staff here too.

Very kind host and family. Place is clean and relaxing view and garden.
