We LOVED the views, they were incredible, Picturesque! The house was very spacious, plenty of room, and beds. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. We found it helpful having a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed spending time with and watching the horses. They were so sweet and beautiful Communication with the host was excellent. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely guest rooms in a converted barn space at a horse farm. When we were there, it was cold and rainy in April, so none of the horses were out—a very quiet and peaceful place to stay for the night. If you are a rider, this is definitely your place.

This is a perfect place to stay and what we envisioned before coming..:a charming and warm accommodation on a horse farm in Iceland. We stayed here and did day trip Snaefellness which was wonderful! We encountered a minor problem when we arrived and the owner was knocking on our doorstep five minutes later with a bottle of wine and a ready for our problem fixed within the hour! Extremely welcoming and just lovely place to be with our family (including 3 teens.) our son was taking pictures of the horses from our doorstep in the miiddle of the night. A very serene and warm place…wish we would have booked a horse tour. Would definitely recommend!!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful one-night stay at this beautiful wooden house! Traveling as a group of six with two cars, we found the property perfectly suited to our needs and far exceeded our expectations. The house is impressively spacious, featuring three cozy bedrooms and a large living room with a comfortable couch — perfect for relaxing together. Everything was spotless and inviting, and the cleanliness truly stood out. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed (and more!), including a lovely surprise gift of chocolate. The additional technical room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies was a thoughtful bonus, especially for longer stays. We were delighted to find designated parking for both of our cars right outside. The surrounding garden is stunning, with mature trees and complete privacy—no neighbors in sight, just peace and quiet. The warm wooden interior and natural insulation made the house feel incredibly cozy. One of the highlights was the sparkling clean jacuzzi that comfortably fit 4-5 people. So relaxing! The detailed instructions provided for every appliance made everything effortless, and the owner was phenomenal, responding instantly to a late-night message when we had a small issue. Such dedication and hospitality made a huge difference! All in all, this stay was a gem—fantastic value for money and a hidden oasis of calm. We'd love to return for a longer visit next time!

This was one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. The account was fully stocked with everything a family could need for vacation. They even had the hot tub heated and ready for our arrival! They had an entire booklet with information about the area, yours, point of interests as well as info on using certain appliances, light switches etc. My family was able to see a spectacular show of the northern lights from the backyard. I will definitely be back!

It was a wonderful hidden place but close to the town. We could see Northan Light from the room window. Quiet, clean and super friendly staffs who cares a lot of our safe arrival in snow conditions. We stayed 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed with a private shower room. It was good room for 2 adults and 2 kids.

We loved Storaborg Holiday Home. The house is lovely, clean, and comfortable. My family is five was very happy there. We were thrilled to be able to see the Northern Lights during our stay! Would definitely recommend.

The cottage was lovely and the views were amazing, loved the extra space with 3 adults and 1 child. The shower water pressure was good, and having a kitchenette was helpful.

It was beautiful and well appointed and organized. The kitchen had more than everything you’d need and the outside grill was fabulous. Everything was clean and it was super relaxing. The walk to the river was really nice, we saw tons of birds and it was super peaceful.

It was open, there was nice view of mountains in the background, private and the modern but cozy design.

We slept in one of the trucks. It was tight, but it was a great experience.

The house is super lovely and comfortable, spacious rooms, well equipped, and the owners are so nice. The hot tub outdoor with nice view is really enjoyable. Our kids also had lots of fun in the field with the owner's cute dogs and beautiful horses. Good price is another plus, highly recommended!
