Lovely property. Very new and clean. Great staff -friendly and extremely helpful, particularly. Delayla at the front desk in the evenings. She was wonderful. Lovely spa -great massage and other spa services. Would certainly stay again. Rooftop not finished yet.

This is an amazing place! The location was excellent right next to the close village. The room was super clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. This was a magical stay!

In a tiny little town with no services and 12 minutes by car from Fabriano. The plus side is that it made for a very quiet stay. Breakfast was the most incredible spread yet. Perfect scrambled eggs, 8 different homemade cakes/tarts; Everything I tried was delicious.

Overall, the accommodation was good for a short stay, clean, easy to find, and practical due to its central location. Considering the price we paid (about €90 per night), we were rather satisfied.

Superbly located, quiet and beautifully landscaped escape just outside of Fabriano. The interior decorating is fabulous. The breakfast offerings were tasty, even if a little carb-heavy. The staff was very responsive.
