United StatesThis is a one of a kind luxurious, comfortable, pampered experience. Karen and David are the sweetest, kindest, most courteous people ever! Their years in the hospitality industry shine through but mostly their passion for providing a pampered Scottish experience reigns. The house is beautiful; the room is enormous with an even bigger bathroom with separate shower and tub. The room boasts extravagant furnishings and an even more extravagant view of the Scottish Border hills. We were greeted with cheerful, kind, words and gestures that are unmatched (and we have traveled extensively). Love this place and Moffat but especially Karen and David; they are true gems!

Absolutely fabulous accommodation!
Good communication from the host prior to arrival. Off street parking was an added bonus.
The garden studio was very well equipped and was like a home from home.
The bed was so comfortable and a very good shower.
Very clean throughout.
Lovely breakfast hamper.
Exceptional accomodation! I wouldn't hesitate booking the garden studio again if I was returning to the area either for work or leisure. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We stayed 5 adults in a big family room. It was very nice and clean with a great bathroom. The Staff was very friendly. There were a big free parking lot behind the Hotel. The Restaurant at the Hotel is really good with a large menu. We went to the restaurant for both the evenings we stayed. We loved our stay. It was extremely good value for money.

The location was ideal for our needs to use train to Glasgow, Airdrie and Edinburgh. Free street parking. Everything worked and we got a repair fixed without any hassle.

The location was excellent, being on site for the museum and surroundings was excellent. New Lanark railway station was very close by with plenty of free parking for a rail trip to Glasgow, which was just an hour away, with frequent trains.

Location, the neighbourhood, the rooms are the appropriate size, the wifi was good and fast, blowdryer and iron board in each room, cleaning supplies were provided, private car parking.

It was really a pleasant experience. The main thing we were scared about was the pub next door but you couldn't hear a thing. Rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and really cozy to stay in. You could always find a free parking spot on the side of the street nearby. You can also add that there's a hair dryer, we found it in a cupboard over the oven.

The room was extremely spacious for a couple and came with all the basic facilities and toiletries you would need. Plentiful car parking. Breakfast was plentiful with a good buffet option with cooked breakfast on top careering to veggie/vegan diet as well. The staff were very hospitable and welcoming. I even left my jumper there and they kept it safe for me to collect.
