Lovely people. lovely place right on the doorstep to your leavy lane walks excellent location 20 mins leisurely stroll into Barnstaple along the river. Lovely walk (leavy lanes and roadside) to a really nice pub(dog friendly in next village. lots to do and see in the area. We returned for our second year.

Comfortable, cosy, convenient location for a family wedding in Barnstaple and reception in Swimbridge. Pleasant surroundings.
Good size fridge and freezer, efficient hot water, good shower, double bedroom had en-suite loo & washbasin, dog friendly accommodation, with excellent dog exercise area.

Nice quiet location, great for dog walking.
Garden is lovely just a shame we didn’t get to use it much due to poor weather.spacious bedrooms and bus stop at bottom of the road which made it easy to visit all surrounding areas.
