Pet-friendly hotels and homes in Cray

The cottage was beautifully furnashed, modern and spacious, the gardens were outstandingly kept, the kitchen was fully equipped with complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There were bunnies and deer roaming free in the gardens and we had a charming time with the main house’s cat Ginger.

We had a wonderful stay at Glenshee Glamping. The pod was clean, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The host was warm, friendly, and very welcoming. Our daughter especially loved seeing the sheep grazing right in front of the pod. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings, with stunning sunrises and sunsets, made our stay even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful nature getaway, this is the perfect place.

Pet friendly, quiet, and good food

We had such a wonderful stay and honestly can’t recommend Beechwood Cottage highly enough. Paul (and Yogi 🐶) were exceptional hosts from the moment we arrived, warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made our stay very relaxing. The room itself was beautiful and stylish, with everything thoughtfully arranged and all the facilities you could possibly need. The bed deserves a special mention because it was incredibly comfortable! Easily one of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had away from home. One of the highlights was the breakfast delivered straight to our room. It was absolutely amazing and felt like a real treat to start the day. And we can’t forget the cakes from their bakery - absolutely delicious. We were also travelling with our dog, and it was great to have a safe and welcoming space where he could enjoy the stay just as much as we did. That made a big difference for us. All in all, a fantastic stay with lovely hosts, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon.

Breakfast was ordered the evening before (a practice I agree with). I needed gluten-free and Paul catered for this. Breakfast arrived bang on time and everything was excellent. My wife liked the flowers.

Superb hosts, nice touch having a bar on the premises. Super cozy property with a couple of lounges with comfy sofas and fire place. Extremely good breakfast.

Hotel was very charming. Service was excellent. The owner was very accommodating and we enjoyed our evening in the bar.
