Very Modern Facilities, Great location

This spacious 4-bed studio was wonderfully clean & comfortable, with great mattresses and everything you would need for a relaxing Fort William stay (especially loved little touches like the bathroom's local soap). We specifically stayed in Fort William to travel on the Jacobite train. The ability to do a load of laundry mid-trip was a real relief and primary attraction to this particular lodging. Joanne (the off-site host) was a clear and gracious communicator.

The amenities were exceptional. We had everything we could ask for—washer, dryer, iron, TV, comfortable beds, you name it. We also appreciated that we were in walking distance to the station, town, and Ben Nevis.

What a beautiful place. Very clean. Comfortable. Roomy. Has all the amenities. Would have loved to stay here the entire week. Mountains and river in the back yard. Just Lovely!

Family suite was comfortable, modern yet cozy. Great for our family of 4. Breakfast was so thoughtfully done, including for kids and gluten free. Highly recommend!

The location was really easy to find - we had good driving directions and there's a sign on the road and a marked parking spot in their private driveway. The code for the lock box was sent to us in advance, so it was super easy to collect the key and check ourselves in when we arrived. The space is LOVELY - warm, inviting, and well-equipped for either short or longer stays. This is a tiny home with a lovely main room (kitchen/dining/living), a spacious bedroom, and a full washroom. We only stayed in Fort William for two nights, but could easily have settled into this space and stayed longer.

We liked the old world charm and it was decorated beautifully. The bedding was comfortable and it is a spacious residence.

Excellent welcome, staff attentive without being intrusive, very professional and intimate atmosphere. Room and lounges comfortable and attractive. Dinner excellent with imaginative flavor combinations and good wine and digestif recommendations. Would strongly recommend for a comfortable and romantic short stay.

We loved this hotel, while a few complained it was "dated" we thought the decor added to it's appeal-like visiting an older relative's comfy home. All the staff were top notch in service and friendliness. Also, a great value!

- a wonderful lodge hidden in a beautiful area not so far from the Main Street but secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet - everything is modern and almost everything was working perfectly - cleanliness is top notch - the bathroom was perfect - nice porch as well - everything is new and of the best quality - the tv was great

Beautiful premises, extremely spacious rooms, well decorated and furnished. I had asked for a baby cot which was made available. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Everything was spectacular. The grounds were immaculate. The check in process was seamless. Our room was BEAUTIFUL. The breakfast was wonderful every day and my wife and I loved coming downstairs in the afternoons and evenings for tea. Couldn't have asked for a better trip!
