We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Argyll View Lodge. There was nothing we didn't like - beautifully furnished, well equipped with quality utensils, excellent bedding and towels, very private position on the site meaning a relaxing hot tub experience and a lovely welcome pack. We had fantastic weather which would have delighted us in August, never mind May, so the balcony was well used for relaxing after we'd been out for the day as well as a couple of BBQs. We will certainly be recommending the lodge to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to return to explore more of this beautiful area.

Location was lovely, Ability to enjoy the estate after hours. Quality was good, support was friendly. Great place to relax.

This is our 3rd time staying at Finlaystone Barns, the family ground floor barn was huge and definitely comfortable sleeping for 2 adults, 3 children and a dog. Kids loved roaming the woods and playing on the wooden forts made for kids, the waterfalls are lovely and the sea views from the forestry are beautiful. Cafe added bonus for a coffee and scone etc. Amenities of large bath towels, soap, shampoo cleaning products, toilet rolls etc made the stay very homely. Great being able to use washing machine for those mucky clothes after our walks. There is a game in the barn with a QR code that you can download and get the family involved. At night the heating made it so cosy, We stayed for 4 days and the grandkids wanted to stay longer. Look forward to our next stay...

Apartment is very cute … nicely decorated, great space for 1 or a couple. Lots of on street parking. Comfy bed. Kitchen had everything you might need. Shower was great for me, but large people may find it too small. Photos of interior are accurate. Short walk to many things, including the Castle.

Beautiful location, immaculate facilities, all the little added extras (air fryer, cleaning products, spare batteries, games) made our stay comfortable, relaxing and great fun

If you are looking for a chic farm luxury stay .. come to South Barlogan Farm! My family of 9 booked all three buildings, every little detail made us feel welcome and added that little extra something to our stay. Our host’s Colene and Scot were lovely, warm and welcoming great communication. I wish we had time to stay longer. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Scotland

Fabulous place, beautifully renovated, super cosy and comfortable. Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Clean, new facilities Very close to train station and grocery store, post office. The thoughtful extras like the roses, milk, juice, bread and potato chips.
