This is such a gorgeous period property, but there’s nothing musty or outdated about the rooms and fixtures. We had the smallest room but it was more than enough, the bathroom was really nice and the space is really well used - we were able to stash our suitcases in a corner and enjoy the space. We stayed on Boxing Day evening and there was just one other room occupied - it was so quiet, the staff were lovely, the breakfast spread was phenomenal - we didn’t enquire about cooked breakfast but there were so many options we didn’t feel we’d gone without. It’s so convenient for being near my brother and I don’t doubt we’ll stay again. Next time hope to try the pub too, when family obligations aren’t pressing! Can’t recommend enough.

Home from Home fully equipped kitchen sky tv super comfy beds hosts Simon & Karen were fantastic answering any questions promptly. Was decorated to a very high standard heating was great plenty of hot water for the shower etc. Great welcome video from Simon, big bonus parking a few steps away from property. The property is beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy.

A 5-minute walk from Selsey Beach in Selsey, Brand New Caravan provides accommodations with access to a sauna and hot tub. Guests can go for a swim in the heated pool. Guests can use a garden.
