Great location. We chose it as it was fairly central to places we wished to visit along the south coast and it looked like it would be a dark area during the night for viewing the aurora. Rooms were part of individual lodges with the restaurant/reception/breakfast being in a central lodge. Rooms were spacious and clean with coffee machines. Breakfast and restaurant served very nice food. Staff were exceptionally nice and chef was helpful making sure we were safe regarding allergies. Would he happy to visit again next time we are in Iceland.

Beautiful house!!! So many windows and beautiful scenery to look at. The deck that encircles the house is so awesome. We loved drinking coffee and cocoa out on the deck. So many birds sounds as our constant soundtrack. Plenty of blinds if you need to cool house down or need darkness to sleep. Very good communication with the owner and checking in was super east. They provided super helpful photos for how to find it, access the code to the gate, etc. we were sad to leave it!

Loved the location and the quietness. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. In easy reach of the town and on the route of the Golden Triangle attractions. Owners gave us plenty of information of things to do and restaurants to visit and simple instructions of how to get to the cabin.
