Dylan was a fantastic host! The cabin was quaint, simple, and had everything we needed. We arrived late, but a wonderful rice and curry dinner was still prepared for us and brought up to our cabin. We were able to sleep in a bit in the morning because it is so dark and peaceful in the cabin. We had already booked a safari before finding Dylan's place, but we would have enjoyed a safari with him. He gave us a bird book for our journey. He also offers a walk in the jungle near to where they live which would have been fun if we had the time. Highly recommend staying here! The cabin on the water looks to be the cutest one, assuming mosquitos are not super active. You can always reach out and ask what's available! Oh, and make sure not to have anything remotely edible out in the cabin even in packaging. We had some tea bags and a box of coffee that a cute little mouse decided to enjoy :). Rookie mistake of ours since you are in nature, but just a pointer for others. There is a fridge in the room so keep everything in there.

What can we say? An unexpected and memorable stay here in this super comfortable room where we were thoroughly spoiled from beginning to end. Shehan, you are the perfect host and think of everything! Highlights of our short stay included walks along this stunning beach, the jeep trip to the safari where Shehan expertly and respectfully located so many beautiful animals including the pinnacle of the sightings – the majestic Lucas the leopard – and his queen too. We also saw a cobra! Finally the food! What culinary delights – the coffee cake on arrival – the beautifully cooked lobster and red snapper with elegant salad and rice – and a breakfast worthy of a 5* restaurant. All round top class! Amazing hospitality, great local tour in the village from Randy (the owner) , facilitated the safari trip for us and a car to drive us to our next destination, whenever we want anything Randy is always responsive and there to help literally in anything, and the room was so clean and cozy, would definitely come again.. highly recommended!

A beautiful retreat by the river and close to Block 5 Yala NP. Suj is a lovely guy and a fantastic cook and the servings are more than we could eat. The room is large and very clean and comfortable. You see elephants on the road not far south of the property and the whole experience there felt truly authentic. Highly recommended

cool nest yala . Wonderful location with full of natural surrounding. Environment is soothing and calm. This place is healing your soul. We only ordered breakfast and it was rotti with dhal and lunu miris. We ordered tempered potato dish and it was one of the best dishes iv had. next day we drove to national park for the safari which was arrange by hotel. The Safari was great, we saw a lot of animals. The host is very professional and serious.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Yala, Camp Leopard - Yala Safari Glamping is a campground surrounded by views of the garden.

The camp is great both location, atmosphere, and staffs. The house was clean and quiet, although some bugs can be observed. The service is excellent and the food is really organic and healthy. This place also provides safaris so you need not to arrange with other tours.

The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful with a special shout out to Sihina and Dinusha. The pool is a good size and there was plenty ty of shade and sun loungers. Food was excellent quality. Ratna the manager organized a fabulous Christmas Eve party with masses of fireworks. He organized safaris for us to Yala and to Bundala which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would stay here again. Don't miss the dusk spectacle of flying fruit bats on the opposite side of the lake.
