United StatesRené and Esther were wonderful hosts. They took a real interest in our activities. They care about their guests. The room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom with a good walk-in shower. It was quiet at night. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the mountains. Berwang is a small town and you can walk everywhere. Although there was one flight of stairs to our room, the stairs were not steep and had a good handrail. It's an easy day trip to get to the Austrian side of Zugspitze gondola.

BelgiumThe abode was remarkably cost-effective, offering exceptional value at its price point. The house was comprehensively furnished, catering to the needs of a six-person occupancy. Both the bathroom and kitchen were generously proportioned, elegantly furnished, and meticulously maintained.
Despite the Wi-Fi connectivity being less than ideal, it is recommended to embrace the opportunity to disconnect and relish the serene beauty of the locale.
The property boasted a splendid balcony that provided breathtaking views of the pristine, snow-covered mountain summits and the lush meadows below.
The residence also featured sufficient parking space for two vehicles.
Overall, the experience was extraordinary, particularly given the economic cost. The hostess, Gundi, was incredibly gracious and hospitable, extending warmth and generosity beyond words. Her thoughtful gifts were a delightful addition to our enjoyable stay. We are wholeheartedly looking forward to our next visit.

CanadaVery convenient to the Lechweg Trail. The room had been renovated and reflected traditional and modern decor. It was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a simple kitchenette. I had dinner and breakfast at the property and both were super with very friendly patrons and staff. I was also able to buy a bag lunch to go which was perfect for a day of hiking.

United StatesMy wife and I loved everything!! The host, Annaliese, could not have been sweeter or more kind! We arrived just before 2100 due to some traffic. She offered and made us fresh tea and served that with some homemade cake. We sat and talked to her for almost 20 minutes before heading to our room. The room was incredibly nice and complete with a note from Annaliese and fresh drinks for the evening. The bed and duvet covers were very, very comfortable... we slept so peacefully! And then... there's the breakfast! There was only my wife and I plus one other guest for the night and you would have thought the place was packed based on the size of the spread!! Everything was delicious... from the fresh-baked breads to the jams, yogurt and fresh fruit, along with an abundant meat and cheese selection. Anneliese even offered for us to make sandwiches for the road since she knew we'd be doing some walking and sightseeing that day. We honestly LOVED everything! Anneliese and her family (who have run the Bed and Breakfast for almost 100 years) we the most generous and thoughtful hosts. We will be most certainly be back!! -Daniel

Location is great (private), bed great, host great, bathroom great. Also a very complete kitchen for cooking at night and making lunch etc. Nice bonus, it is next to a big lake (Heiterwangen See) with mountain views, good for swimming / sup.
