Special thanks to Ibrahim and Cesar — they were incredibly kind to us. Whenever we needed anything, we simply sent a WhatsApp message and they responded immediately.
The place itself is amazing, with a beautiful view of the mountains, and it is very close to the cable car. The location is absolutely perfect.
Everything was excellent — the bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room were all perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

The location was great for us, there are some parking spaces in front of the hotel but parking in the street is also an option. The staff is very nice and polite, the guesthouse doesn't have 24-hour check-in so it's good to align with the staff to get your keys. The guesthouse is a lovely traditional German house, full and rich in details. The room was very good and spacious. It's very close to city center (5min walking distance).

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Beautiful location surrounded by mountains and a castle nearby. Easy to get to a lot of places by car of course.

We spent a skiing week in Gästehaus Maria. We had their largest room with the nice bay window. Maria and Markus are super nice hosts, who were very helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed their great breakfast in their winter garden with the beautiful view onto the surrounding mountains. The hotel is close to the city center, to all the restaurants and only a few minutes by car from either the Zugspitzbahn or the cable car to Eibsee. It's an ideal location for both winter and summer activities.

Nice large two separate bedrooms. Additionally, there's one large living room. The view is breathtaking. The location is quite good, with a 2 km distance to the Garmisch lift and 10 km to Eibsee. If you want to ski, this is the perfect place to stay. I will come back summer for hiking.

A perfect location, clean, nice and finished in modern style apartment. Located in a city centre but in surprisingly quiet place, with a nice area around the building. I was sceptical due to close proximity to railway station but experienced zero noise and vibration. Spacious garage with wide parking places. 100% satisfaction!

Great spot! Really clean, cozy and spacious! In an excellent location too. A really nice entry way area to keep snow stuff and shoes. A great kitchen to cook in with coffee supplied for us. We felt it was the perfect place to stay while we experienced GaPa. The property manager was also very accommodating and even helped us get a taxi when checking out. Would definitely recommend!

The location is excellent. The hotel, beautiful and had wonderful little details everywhere. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful with information and suggestions. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. The showers are great, the rest of the hotel has a cozy rustic feel but the bathrooms are fitted with modern amenities. Great place to stay and I’d definitely visit again and recommend Alpenrose to others.

Location in the city center, just next to shops and restaurants. We did not dine at the hotel but it seemed to be full of customers in the evening. Breakfast and breakfast service was great, although it was not a buffet but served to table. Family room was shabby but very clean. Bathroom seemed to be renovated.

The place is amazing and the host as well. House is not far from the train stations, about 10-15 min walk and the city center 25min. There is a supermarket (Norma) close to the place or Rewe about 20min walking.
Two floors house, with a really nice bedrooms and a cute kitchen and terrace with an amazing view. Everything was perfect to be honest, is a really nice place to stay with family or friends. The are is nice for relaxing. Both, check-in and checkout were OK, the key is in the locker, so easy peasy.

Everything beyond expectations!
Wonderful view, modern design, spacious room. Very clean and quiet.
Best location: buses, restaurants, shops, Bergbahn, hiking trails.
Very very friendly and helpful hosts.
Apartments had literally everything. Outside there was a beautiful garden with a big playground and large lounge zone.
We are very thankful for little welcome treat and cute cards with some personal notes.
Highight: breakfast baskets!
Hope we'll stay here again some day

The location and the pool. It's very centrally located and the city centre can be easily reached on foot. The pool was very nice and big and they also had a kids pool for babies and toddlers. They have a very nice lobby with a Nivea shop and they serve coffee and cake for free in the afternoon.
