The host Paul was really great with all communication and when I told him we ubered to the property he said he would've picked us up! Great location and so clean. Well set up with all comforts if you are staying for a week or just a night as we did. Ocean across the road and a 15min walk up to the entrance of Port Phillip Bay. Cheers Paul.

The house was spacious for the extended family to stay. All amenities were catered for and having so many extra items in the kitchen, such as paper towel, cooking oil, alfoil etc. just made the stay more comfortable. The kids loved to play in the loft. The outside areas were great. Location was amazing, as it was walking distance to town centre and the pier, as well as the Bellarine rail trail - which we hope to come back and do.

We loved the comfortable beds and the spa in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location.

Room was spacious, bed was huge, room temperature perfect, despite cold weather outside. Good hot shower - essential. Had all the facilities you would expect and need for a traditional rural hotel. Spacious reception and super friendly manager. The roof top bar views spectacular. Location in the centre perfect. While it did not provide breakfast there are plenty of good local offerings, which meant out dollar spend went into the wider community.

This is a hotel full of history. It is kept in its original state but it needs a lot of modifications to have it meet the basic standards of a hotel stay

Superb location right in the main street which meant we could walk to resturants etc.
It was also an easy walk to the harbour and beach.
There were thoughful thing like extra towels, beach towels, loose leaf teas, a coffee machine with pods... all teh little things that make a stay so much more welcomung

This hotel is a lovely old style building in a great location. The staff were wonderful and helpful and the rooms are very well decorated, clean and comfortable. Also nice and quiet, highly recommend.
