Location is excellent a short walk to here and there. They upgraded me and I am very grateful. The room was spacious, I am a solo traveler but I can say the room they gave me is good and still spacious for 2. The bed is huge, the kitchen and appliances are all working. It totally exceeded my expectation because it's one of the low-mid priced hotels and I read reviews which tend for me not to expect anything great but no, it was great!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

The place was exactly as shown in the picture. Very beautiful room with large spaces for 5 people. The location was just in the city where you can access tram within 1 min and train within 5 mins walk.

Very close to the city, with nice views. The apartment was comfortable and pretty much clean. The outdoor area is nice. The apartment is on the 6th floor in a secure building.

We're in Melbourne for a business trip and stay in this property for 2 weeks. The place was clean, bed is comfortable and has washing machine and full set of cooking utensils. There are many nice restaurants near the property along Hardware Lane.

Great location, clean and nicely furnished. ALSO, They were flexible with our arrival time, and made adjustments as we were going to arrive past their normal check-in time. Much appreciated.

Amazing location right in the heart of Melbourne with easy access to everything - all downtown attractions, cafes, restaurants, shops, all just a few steps away. Plus: apartment comes with a parking lot!! Loft is spacious, kitchen has everything and host provides some basic items. Having coffee (and milk in the fridge) was a nice touch. Beds are very comfy! We had cold and hot weather during our stay and were happy about both the AC and heater working. Host is great to communicate with and responds to questions timely. Note that the apartment has only one bathroom, so folks staying in the downstairs bedroom need to climb the stairs in loft to go to the toilet. Also, windows are single pane and city noises will be heard. Host provides earplugs for light sleepers.

We loved our week staying at Michelle's. The apartment offers the ultimate inner city Melbourne experience. Such a unique character filled space with well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, loads of interesting books and a bathroom like no other! We had great coffee from Brother Baba Budan cafe on the corner each morning before we set off on adventures. Despite the size of the apartment we found it warm on the couple of cooler days we had. Having the use of a washer and dryer was awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle's place.
