Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Friendly staff affordable price nice quiet area on gold coast

This place is fantastic! Great value, perfect location, free breakfast and dinner! The bathrooms are clean and modern, they have all the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/blow dryer etc. available for free. The lounge is spacious, the outdoor area is huge! You can lounge around in the sun, play soccer or workout with the gym equipment. The beds are comfy and I love having the shelves, power points, light and fan within reach in bed. For the amount of beds in the premises it's not noisy at all. The storage under the beds is fantastic too. Highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was delicious - a great array of food to choose from! Our room was ready for us to check in early and the later check out of 11am was fabulous. Location so close to the terminal meant we could check our luggage in for our flight and sneak back to the hotel for one last drink before our flight - this avoids the chaos of busy airport terminals!

Check in was so easy and the reception staff were professional and welcoming, We loved being on the top floor, our view of the river was spectacular!, even with the rain and storms. Our room was spacious, tidy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and we had a blast. Would definitely come back!

travelled for work so undercover parking for my car was essential especially with the recent storms. Very convenient and quieter location.

I like the strategic location, the place is peaceful and comfortable. The girl at the reception is very nice and helpful. Will come back to stay here when visiting Gold Coast.

There was so much to like about this place: The host was was absolutely helpful relaxed and nice ppl. ​Great Space & Comfort: A very spacious one-bedroom guest suite with a super comfy bed. ​Excellent Storage: a large mirrored wardrobe just what we needed or I needed. ​Bathroom: The bathroom was spacious, good water pressure and the shower head thumbs up .. Shower gel ,soaps provided. Hair dryer. ​Thoughtful Amenities: A tidy kitchenette stocked with essentials. Even a microwave and toaster. ​Location & Safety: Incredibly convenient spot, and the home felt very safe and secure. ​I would definitely stay here again!" So happy
