Good location for Canterbury. Great family run biz

The Annex room with private bathroom was very good. The description of having to climb 40 stairs to the annex rooms is misleading. It was not a straight up 40 Steps but definitely not for those traveling with suitcases. Loved the closeness to the cathedral which allowed free unlimited walking in the cathedral and on the grounds all day. Breakfast was sit down by time skits and offered a fabulous huge choice. The rooms bathroom was big and the room had a large smart tv. Internet signal was strong. Definitely the place to stay if you’re a pilgrim starting the Via Francigena because you feel your right in the centre of this beautiful religious sanctuary.

Very nice building and spacious room with a calming view from our window. Breakfast was offering wide variety and the hot plate was just on time, really far more delicious than any hotel breakfast and my expectations.

Location was perfect for exploring the town on foot. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was on the second floor, bright, cozy but comfortable, hidden down a one way street too narrow for vehicle traffic. Nicely equipped kitchen, small bathroom, combo washer and dryer. The hosts were off-site but responded to texts and emails promptly.

The hosts were amazingly responsive and attentive!!!! Everything was terrific, spotlessly clean, tidy, and not cluttered. Because we had 3 adults traveling together, they made a special trip to make up the near queen size bed from the sectional sofa and to show us it has special storage for extra pillows, sheets, and blankets. Great attention to detail with little touches that made it a welcoming, lovely place to stay. Parking is conveniently close to both the apartment and a great grocery store, so it was easy to get fresh fruit each day for snacking and milk for our tea. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking pots, pans, utensils, and dishes, so instead of breakfast at a restaurant, we purchased what we needed to have a robust breakfast before heading out for the day. It has a great location or wandering around Canterbury and is a short jaunt to visit the Dover Cliffs.

This place is a true home away from home. Comfortable and beautifully furnished, in a central location with a stunning view and close to shops, trains and buses.
