Perfect location, old world charme. I loved staying there and had a great view down Nethergate to the city centre. I remember that I’ve walked past it as a student, always thinking that I’d stay there when I get old and can afford it and I visit Dundee again. Many memories came up as we once had a Christmas dinner and Cailidh there when I was a student over 20 years ago.

The location is excellent above the train station (but room was quiet), close to the V&A and the city centre. Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The check-in was very warm and you felt immediately welcome. Great room and the location of the hotel is also good if you want to go to the city center.

It was really nice stay with this hotel. Especially the location is perfect which is near the city center. The facilities they were providing are excellent. Like Gaming room, Kitchen,TV areas,Reading room,etc. Staff was also helpful & friendly. Its too afordable rooms for everyone. I really Like the place & city Love it❤️

The location was excellent for getting to the city centre and the surrounding area. Was so accessible for our son who has cerebral palsy. Will definitely use again when visiting our daughter studying at the university.

Beautiful suites with very helpful/pleasant staff at reception. Good location with city centre less than a 10 minute walk away. Parking wasn’t a problem at the hotel but if busy there is another car park across the road. Breakfast was good & also ate our evening meal at the hotel restaurant was lovely.

I loved this hotel! The location is brilliant for seeing the Discovery Museum, V&A, the Discovery ship, and the city centre. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the food was good. Very comfortable welcoming area around the bar and restaurant. My room was huge, bright and cheerful, and the rates were reasonable. I would love to go back to Dundee because it is such a pleasant city with lots of galleries and museums, the Tay river walk and other walks, and I will stay in Sleeperz again

The location was good value for money. City centre and harbour are both within a few minutes walk, so are some nice pubs and bars. Still the flat was very quiet.
Beds were comfortable. We liked the bottle of Prosecco. It was a bit of work to get the chairs for the kitchen counter off beneath the couch but all kitchen facilities were handily placed.
There were also plenty of herbs and seasons for cooking.
