Both the room and the bathroom were as per the picture.
Moreover, we really felt welcomed by Pappu who is the BEST host.
Definitely recommend a stay here.

The restaurant view is really very good. It is as good as shown in the pics. One can also enjoy restaurant without taking hotel stay. The location is also very good as city palace is at a walking distance. Bike on rent are also available near by.

The location of the property is in the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Staff is very helpful, polite and accommodating. Everything in the hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful historic building. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms.
Note that you can access the hotel by tuk tuk or by walking since the roads get narrow closer to city center. However, it is not a problem since tuk tuks are available everywhere. :)

Best place to stay in udaipur, the guys there are so good and very helpful. The rooms are well arranged and kept clean. The interior works are also stunning. From the terrace we can see the whole town, which is amazing and it's also a good place to chill with our friends. I highly recommend this place.

Like mentioned in the description it's a very old property but very nicely maintained. The rooms are absolutely clean with decent space. Few rooms come with an AC or a room cooler. There is a library within the property and you can take books from there. The location of the property is very close to old city center and they provide e-rickshaw facility for pickup and drop.

Devi Villa is absolutely fabulous. My room was very nicely decorated, spacious and cosy at the same time. Everything was clean. I had access to the balcony and could enjoy a wonderful view during breakfast over the lake. The family running Devi Villa are very caring and do everything for their guests. I enjoyed home-made breakfast every morning and just loved it (especially the Poha, it was the best I had in India during my 3,5 weeks in the country)!
The location is great to explore the city center on foot.
