The service / staff goes out of the way to be helpful and kind (shout out to Sameer and Roshan), the rooms are new and super clean (linen, bathrooms especially clean), and they are aesthetically pleasing. We have spent a wonderful time in Novotel. We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous place. The location was perfect: in peaceful area, close to every nice places of Jodhpur.
The room was clean and decoration really nice. Moreover, the staff was both professional and friendly. We had an amazing time thanks to their warm welcome. We felt like living at home.
For sure, we highly recommend this place.

The location of the property is in the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Staff is very helpful, polite and accommodating. Everything in the hotel is clean and nice. Beautiful historic building. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms.
Note that you can access the hotel by tuk tuk or by walking since the roads get narrow closer to city center. However, it is not a problem since tuk tuks are available everywhere. :)

Jaipur Haveli is the perfect place to stay in you want a quiet retreat in the heart of Jaipur. The rooms are super nice and comfy and the terrace we had was also very nice. It's a restored heritage building run by wonderful people, so definitely recommend. Food is also top-notch.

YOU MUST BOOK. This place is epic!!!! Best location ever, right inside the fort. Every afternoon we had chai from the Zostel cafe on the terrace overlooking the city at sunset. It was such a privilege to stay in a grand monument. Narendra and all the other staff were so attentive and exceptionally helpful. They booked everything for us, including our desert safari, and carried all our luggage. The food in the cafe was AMAZING!!!!! This place is epic value for money with delightful service. I can't wait to visit again. Thank you :)

The hotel is near to the entry point of the national park(zone 1-5) and therefore its easy to go on Safaris. The hotel location is peaceful in itself. The staffs were extremely kind and accomodating and they helped us with all of our requests.
The food served in the restaurant is delicious, so no need to go outside/city to get some food. Overall, a perfect place to stay, relax and enjoy the forest. Looking forward to come back here again.
Also, many thanks to the staff to make my parents and in laws comfortable.

This may not be for people expecting a five star resort This place was cozy and family running hotel. hotel very well located, close to the Fort, the city center. you have the roof restauranr because you have beautiful views of the fort and the food was fantastic. the hotel is clean and well equipped. traditional and authentic style. one could think of an 18th century palace.
it was not expensive at all for one night. I recommend 100%

Who could fail to love the Mandir Palace? It’s a glorious old palace, spectacular to look at, but with super comfy rooms, cosy in the heart of winter. The staff were simply fabulous, dignified but warm and friendly and sympathetic, and helped enormously with our travel problems. Location also perfect. By far the best place to stay in Jaisalmer. Will be back!
