such an ideal location. made it conveinent catching the train or visiting the city. breakfast had an amazing selection and high quality.

If it were possible to give a higher rating than 5 I would, 10 sounds good. We were greeted by Shinoda-san and the service he provided was outstanding. We felt like special guests from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Staff was outstanding, Facilities were outstanding. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities. We will definitely be back.

My family really loved this hotel. It's really close to the train station, which was very convinient to us and the facilities were very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff was very nice and profesional. We really enjoyed the onsen and the breakfast that was provided was very complete and diverse. I'll definitely stay a bit longer next time I travel to Hakone.

Staff were lovely from beginning to end and super helpful. Loved the room and the onsen! And the vibe overall was so lovely. The beds were INCREDIBLE, I slept like a baby.

Everything is very good. The staff can also speak English, although I speak Japanese to them. I think this hotel is very ideal not only for solo travellers, but also for groups of 2-4 people travelling together. I also recommend trying their Private Onsen. Will return again soon :)

We loved our stay at "Have a Nice Day" and would recommend it to family and friends. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facilities are great and its presented with so much love and care. The location is great and does not really come out on the photos. You are literally opposite Odawara Castle and in the middle of the town. A little gem and one of the best places we stayed during our tour.

We liked the price, but we didn’t know that it was a love hotel. The room was very spacious and it was provided with towels, different kinds of soap and dressing gowns.

We loved staying here! The vibe of the area was inviting and the owners of the property were FANTASTIC. We loved sitting in the main building, having a soda, and talking with the owner about his life and family.

Spacious, had plenty of amenities, close to the station (about a 4-5 minute walk), its cleanliness and exactly as described and as shown in the pictures.

Myself , my wife and 3 teenagers stayed here for 1 night after completing the Hakone Loop. We chose Odawara for its convenient train connections, as we were heading to Kyoto by bullet train the next morning. From the moment we stepped out of the station, we were pleasantly surprised. Odawara is a lovely area with everything within easy walking distance. It was a perfect overnight stop, and definitely could have stayed longer. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Just 5-minute walk from the station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It is one street back from the central heart of the city but it was so quiet. We arrived around 3pm and met the host in person to collect the key. The warm welcome and quick walkthrough made check-in very easy. The building is on a small, quiet street and is free-standing, with one apartment upstairs and one downstairs. We stayed in the upstairs unit (just one flight of stairs). It has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and laundry. We especially appreciated the separate toilet and shower. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. While compact by our standards, the space is well designed and felt comfortable for our family. It’s private, modern, very clean, and filled with natural light, giving it a warm and welcoming feel. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Everything you need was in the apartment and host was friendly and helpful.
