Places to Stay in Jeju

We stayed in Jeju 6 nights and treated ourselves on our last night to this wonderful hotel. Checkin and parking was easy. We were amazed from the moment we stepped into the lobby with the beautiful entrance and fireplace but were completely blown away by the pool and our room. The pool was beyond anything that we expected! The room and bathroom were so fancy and comfortable. Unfortunately, it did rain and we didn't get to explore as much as we should have. We ordered Eco Fried Chicken and ate in our room - YUM!

The room is spacious and clean, there is a bus stop nearby and it is close to the airport.

The staff were great as we had no issues with communication since they can speak English fluently. They even upgraded our stay free of charge and allowed us to check-in 2 hours earlier than the supposed time free of charge as well. They even gave as an interconnecting room as we booked two rooms. Everyone was kind and accommodating and they also had a free airport shuttle bus but you have to mind the posted schedule as it is not available 24/7. The location was great as it was near a lot of bus stops and also a 30 minute ride from the airport. They make up the room on a daily basis so every time we return, there are new sets of towels, water bottles, and our beds have been fixed. A bit pricey compared to other hotels but quite reasonable with the service they provide and ambience of the hotel. It is Lotte after all. Overall, everything was great from checking-in to checking-out.

Check in with Heidi Lee at front desk was seamless Concierge everywhere to help inside at all times The king room was huge and the view from the 36th floor was amazing Free parking at the premises with EV chargers for our EV rental and very spacious parking lot. Traffic conductors also very helpful in directing traffic and getting in and out of the parking lot

We loved everything about this hotel, the location, the stuff (especially the assistant manager she was so nice and helpful!!!) the bed (amazing and sooooo big), the breakfast, it was a really great hotel!

The location and value for money

The hotel is right at the coastline and the scenery was beautiful. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast and lunch were both value for money. We walked to the main market, main shopping area, shshimi street, black pork street and a few attractions. The tours we joined departed from a location which is about 5 minutes walk away. The trip from the airport to the hotel using a taxi was cheap.

The room was very big and comfortable for a great price. The buffet breakfast was wonderful as well.

We stayed overnight to attend a festival on 함덕 beach. Location is great-- we were only a 13 minute walk from the main beach. With that said, we didn't really use any of the facilities, but everything seemed clean and nice. Check in/check out was seamless through a kiosk.

It was really nice stay. friendly staff .everything is awesome .if i visit jeju again i will stay there in shin shin hotel .and the price also affordable from booking .com

It was a clean, modern hotel in a great location. Nice cafe in the lobby. I will stay here whenever I am in Jeju!

Location is really good , they have 2 floor on seventh floor is more clean and rooms are more comfortable so choose room in seventh floor You can check in late , just call owner and they left phone number on wall
