Unbelievable view on the sea through a really nice terrasse and outside area. From there, you can just walk on a quiet neighborhood beach. Appartments are really well done and equipped with everything needed. Great place for me to go diving from Tutukaka, a few km's away.

The views are stunning. The pods are set up with a separate living room/kitchen and bedroom. Lots of privacy and space. The coffee machine was amazing and the owner left us tea, nespresso pods and milk. Easy to walk into Tutukaka and access to lighthouse trail.

A great little cabin that's clean, cosy, and really well equipped. Everything you could need is there... Loved the little extra comforts too, such as linen sheets, plenty of pillows, and soap, etc., provided. The host also left me some fresh fruit, which was delicious and appreciated.

The location was exquisite with the most breathtaking views of New Zealand hills, trees and the sea. We expected rain and we could have sat there all day and just gazed at the view. But fortunately, we didn't receive more than a little rain. The walks around the property were absolutely lovely, and quiet. Our hosts were very warm and helpful. The architecture and design features of the buildings, as well as all the thoughtful amenities such as umbrellas, picnic basket, beach towels, and blankets to sit under the stars, added to the dreamlike quality of our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Location - right by the beach , so beautiful, loved hearing the waves crash at night. Ross & Shelley were very accommodating, we arrived late at night , they’d left us clear instructions and had put the heat pump on for us so it was nice and warm when we arrived. Cabin - very clean & equipment with all the necessities.

Great location, Shelly & Ross are awesome who manage sands. The units are great for the price that has everything you need for you or your family, clean as the beach is stunning and literally outside your doorstep. This will be my new get away

Great cabin and location looking out over the bay. Short walk to beach Bed was comfortable. All the facilities you need for a short stay. Did not cook there but there was a BBQ and hob if needed. Tui came each evening to say hello

We had the less beautiful view this visit (our choice) but the room was just as spacious, comfortable and well laid out as our last visit in 2022. Bed was lovely, shower great, lovely choice of shampoo, conditioner etc. Easy access to rooms and the availability of an on site cafe/restaurant was a lovely bonus - nothing like sitting in the morning sun with a great coffee and a muffin ! The location is superb and gives great access and the location means you can easily walk to 3 different restaurants if you dont want ot eat at the hotel.

Easy parking, use of baggage trolley to transport our bags to our apartment via lift access - and seeing our spacious well appointed apartment. Great location, breakfast & dinner were great plus close proximity to drive to beaches.

Location was excellent for the boat trips we were doing while in Tutukaka. Room was a good size with a good view over the marina. Several good eateries also within easy walking distance, we didn't actually eat at the hotel bar during the stay.

We loved the quiet location in the haven of Tutukaka, the room was exceptional, clean, spacious with a peaceful view of the bush with birdsong. Friendly staff, who helped me over the phone and then at the Hotel. The restaurant looked great, but we had our own breakfast.

Amazing location to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy lifestyle. Managers were very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Nice big kitchen. Lots of nice places to eat nearby spoilt for choice.
