The transport to the harram its amazing and in time

My stay at Jabal Omar Makkah was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding, the staff were warm and attentive, and the location right by the Haram made every moment of worship easy and peaceful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, creating a perfect balance of convenience and serenity. An unforgettable experience that I would happily return to and highly recommend.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to the Haram and with a regular shuttle bus talking you there too if you want to use it. The shuttle is nice on the way back as it's a bit uphill. While we booked a regular double room, we got an upgrade to a Presidential Suite which was amazing. Huge windows with a direct view of the Haram, a nice spacious living area, dining table and a mini kitchen along with a big bedroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed

The staff was so so helpful and the room was clean, location is good and the food was good, was a very very good stay

I linked the staff of the hotel was cooperative whereas the driver of the shuttle (bus driver) was very cooperative.

Our experience with Voco hotel was amazing . Spacious and clean room. The staff very helpful and polite. The price is incredible compared with all the facilities. You have shuttle buses to al Haram from free.

Amazing and welcoming staff. Asked for early check in and they made it possible. Asked for late check out, they made it possible.

very friendly staff especially Mr. Tamer from the restaurant, very helpful, offered very early check in, accommodated my requests for room supplies in a timely manner, nice breakfast

- friendly staff - free upgrade from the receptionist while she recognize that I have two kids - very cooperative staff ..ready to help at any time with full smile - room and facilities are very good - location is very nice and neat to restaurant and supermarket - I used front parking and there was a basement one as well

Alhamdullah, location is near the haram which made omrah easy and the service was great! The staff were more than amazing, super thankfull

Mohammad and Guzun checked us in early and Mohammad gave us an upgrade to the suite a that was an excellent touch u appreciate I will definitely come back
