Places to Stay in Chom Thong

Beautiful homestay tucked away in the mountains. The backdrop from the restaurant area was truly special! The rooms were a great size and had everything you need. We really enjoyed having dinner on the property and watching the sun go down over the rice fields.

Nice room, big fridge, microwave, good lighting, very clean. Plus a good spread of complimentary food and drink which was much appreciated. Even had coffee beans and a grinder to make fresh coffee.

Nice set up. A bit far from anything else

A very well presented, clean and modern feeling log-cabin with everything a small family/couple/friends might need for a cozy night in the mountains. The staff/owners are friendly and welcoming. They stay in a house close by and can assist with organizing BBQ food, pointing out the local restaurants and giving directions to the shops. Limited English so use Google translate if you don't speak Thai. The views are amazing. The night-sky is inspiring. The sounds of the jungle are comforting. The air was cold and crisp. I've been to many of the cabins on Doi Inthanon and this is easily the best out of all of them! Everything worked. Everything was clean. The location is outstanding.

Large rooms, fresh towels, bananas, water and snacks every day. Great restaurant/café onsite and you can pre order breakfast/dinner. Great coffee. Amazing view from rooftop and the rooms A3-4/5-6. The staff was amazing: “Cê” (เจ้) and “Oh” (โอ) were the best, they really know hospitality. If you take the blue bus from Chiang Mai, ask to be dropped at Soi 19 and walk 150meters.

A cute home stay in a terrifically picturesque location with a hospitable host who also happens to be an excellent cook! My partner and I greatly enjoyed our time here high up on the mountain. There’s something very unique about this homestay. You feel very much transported into nature. There are also good dinner options available nearby - we highly recommend the nearby Italian restaurant called Mr Dees. Everyone in the immediate vicinity was highly welcoming and the constant pretty natural sights makes this homestay a memorable and cosy place to stay.

Everything is well built. The hosts are very friendly and offer delicious dinner and breakfast for their guests. Asparagus was the best I’ve ever tried in my life. They grow it themselves. Sunset was gorgeous with the view on Doi Inthanon.

The cabins were impeccable, comfortable and spacious. The staff was super helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They also have good quality bikes which we took to the nearby waterfalls. Good buffet breakfast too!

The individual hits were very nice , the bed and pillows were fantastic, the owner was very helpful and pleasant the breakfast was very good with nice presentation, with a kitty to great you was the icing on the cake
