I stay there for the second time - people (reception, managers, cleaners) are super helpful and very nice, the rooms are all you need - clean and cozy, location is close to everything. Perfect place to stay in Madrid.

Obviously the hotel is new. Room was great and well maintained, beds were comfortable, pillows also great. Cleaning was spotless and even hotel provides amenities like shaving kit, toothbrush... which is not common for 3* hotels. Location is also good, 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station where is possible to catch metro to the city center, with one change of the metro line. Also near hotel stops bus wich drives direct to city centre.

Superb location. Very clean. Everything you need. If you follow the instructions it is easy to find. Security on the street outside each day as well ( just by luck). From the front door you are into a shopping area. Out the back is a shopping mall and food area. Perfect place to stay.

Everything! The location was perfectly, the place was clean and stunningly decorated. The staff was nothing short of amazing. I only know Jaime’s name but the rest of the staff was just as attentive and considerate as him. It’s the perfect place to stay.

This was the perfect place to stay - amazing location, wonderful facilities and the hosts are the best we’ve ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and the apartment has everything you need. A really comfortable base for exploring Madrid. We would go back to this apartment in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it!!

Location is great right in the middle of the city center. Lots of thing to do around. I think its just a okey place to stay for maybe 2 3 nights but its not like anything fancy in my opinion. Unfortunately its one of the best value places in madrid because everything is so expensive but if u get the chance to pay a little bit more I’d go to a hotel or something better

Perfect place to stay in Madrid, convenient location, close to Chamartin train station and not far from the airport. Quiet, all new and the apartment was perfect. Instructions to get the keys and support for whatever we needed. I would definitely come back!
