NetherlandsThe staff was very communicative and helpful, both over chat and intercom. We arrived late and left early, and they were very helpful making sure we could still check in and out. The room was very comfortable with a good shower, nice bed and kitchenette. We would have gladly stayed longer if time had allowed.

The location and the heritage sides are good. Something different to do and experience as a person that we don't come across that often in hotel stays, the character of a place is certainly different that sets this place apart from others.
Most parts are closed and can not be accessed due to renovations.
Views from here and the room I had was excellent. Must dos in dunedin nomatter what.

Accommodation clean (bedroom, shared bathroom and shared kitchen). Everything we need to cook and to wash and dry our clothes. Very good location, quiet and close from the city centre. We didn't meet Angela but she replied really quickly by text. I recommend at 100%. Thank you very much !

What a lovely place to stay.
The staff were very friendly and obliging. They even allowed us extend checkout by an hour
The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in for a long time.
The view was amazing and the location is awesome.

Location: the property is located in the heart of the city.
Really close to downtown as well as airport.
View: love it, the view from the sitting room is mesmerising, the lake the mountains. Its just perfect.

The best aspect of the place is its staff. You will experience great hospitality.
The location is not bad considering it is about 1.4 kms from the city center.
The breakfast is good if you stay for a few days.
