The 2 game tours (evening and morning) ,included into the room rate, are fascinating. We saw all big 5, except leopard, but therefore Cheetahs on the hunt.

A very nice hotel in George. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and simple. The room was quiet and comfortable. The Loerie Guest Lodge was a perfect place to stay during our road trip heading to Cape Town. The hotel was well located, in easy reach of the Wilderness Beach and the Fat Fish restaurant.

A very warm welcome, useful information, a very good location close to the centre and not far from the sea, a fairly large room with a very comfortable double bed. Sea views and a real thatched roof!
A varied breakfast. If you like authenticity, this is a perfect place to stay.

The design of the building is fantastic and very cleverly built. The bar, the big windows into the brewery, the bakery- the space is so nice. The rooms are really nice and clean, the food is top notch and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great location as well with a five minute drive to both city centre and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, absolutely gorgeous room, v comfy bed. The staff were so lovely and went the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. Breakfast was delicious. There are free canoes to borrow, so we paddled up the river and then walked the short hike up to the waterfalls - what an amazing day.

Perfect place to stay for a visit that is near Knysna. Loved drinking coffee on the balcony and looking out to the sea. It is pet friendly and we brought our pug along. The little touches really made our stay outstanding: Genevieve is friendly and helpful and provided all the information one would need. All the rooms and utilities are well maintained and vibey. I particularly liked the multi USB charger next to the bed... Great touch!

What an amazing place, with the best location and view ever. Great staff, beautiful surroundings, space to do my yoga practice in the morning :D, good food and coffees and just in general good vibes.
I stayed in two different private rooms - I adored my Room number 1 especially. Would come back any time.

Staying in Nothando Backpackers was truly an amazing experience. The hosts was extremly kind and helpful. The accomodation was cosy and well-equipped, filled with nice people from all around the world. The room was lovely too, very comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the city centre, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend to stay in this lovely place.

Best location on the Island. proximity to everything but also very quiet. I had a beautiful suite facing the canals and the pool area. Wonderful balcony, large spacious room with a lounge, kitchenette and separate bathroom with a bath.

Location is perfect. Lots of potential. Hosts are friendly and very helpful. It is self catering units so they supply a prepared cottage with fresh towels fresh bedding pots,pans,cutlery and necessary braai tools etc.
Braai has a flat grid and worked perfectly fine for us.
Cottage was well equiped overall and we had a beautiful and lovely stay.
