The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed to help ourselves to a meal if we chose to. The local restaurants were walkable and the walking path in front was a great bonus. We had the ocean view which I recommend.

Literally everything: this hotel is a gem that I would recommend everyone coming to Cape Town. It is small and cozy and has a feeling of staying at someone else’s house. The location is very close to the beach and local restaurants/ supermarkets. Due to low season I received and upgrade of my room
which was beyond my expectations. When I come back to Cape Town, it would definitely be the place where I will stay again. The team is great and I could not have wished a better place to stay during my first time in South Africa.

A great place to stay if your'e working or on a tight budget. The accommodation is basic, but comfortable enough as a base to explore the surrounding area. The staff are really helpful and breakfast is brought to your room, which is very convenient.
The location is quiet, being well away from town and yet conveniently situated close to the N7 and R399.

Excellent stay in a beautiful location. The property was comfortable, beautifully decorated with good facilities. Ilse was very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate an early check in.
We were very close to the beach and within driving distance of Plettenburg. The local restaurant, The Blue Rocks served excellent food and the staff were friendly and helpful.
A lovely stay in a quiet and peaceful location.

We absolutely loved the accommodation. Very peaceful and refreshing. Loved the space, the area and the location. Close to the main road and the malls. Perfect place to stay in Langebaan without the traffic of the town.

The location, price, facilities and genuinely attentive staff make this THE perfect place to stay with a group. The easy walk to the V&A Waterfront, the AMAZINGLY helpful staff, clean and secure environment are highlights. I also like the fact that this is a training center for the hospitality industry and there are many young folks at the front desk and throughout the property who are eager to assist and learn. Since 2001, I have benefited from bring groups to the Breakwater and it was always a good move.

Fantastic host who really made us feel welcome and was there to help us out with all our questions. Great layout of the room and bathroom. Best place to stay in Knysa specially for the price point. Has all the amenities required. Great base to explore surrounding areas. Location is quiet and we preferred it to staying on the waterfront.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Tino and Celeste are the best hosts, they are very welcoming, leaving special welcome treats and just being the nicest people. The flat is very well appointed and easy to stay in. The location is in downtown Simon’s Town which means you can walk to all the local cafes, bars, museums, beaches and even the penguins. The outside space works well with a shaded garden as well as a balcony with views of False Bay. I am happy to highly recommend this as a great place to stay.
