Was on floor 28 and I guess that's the last floor,, getting up and finishing the the with the ocean view was magical,, breakfast team excellent,, everything was great 😍

The size of the suite. Full of light, spacious, very good bed, clean. Coffee machine , water, fridge, 2tvs, WiFi, very nice staff.

The breakfast was amazing. Clean rooms , very good WiFi and the best staff. Always smiling , always happy to help.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious. It had a a large living area, a comfortable bedroom, and all the necessary amenities including a stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, and ample storage. Everything was clean and modern, in the core of Downtown Cape Town. Due to it being located at the Taj Hotel, the amenities and overall standard are truly top notch

Really premium hotel and room was huge with great turn down service. Staff at front desk were super helpful and kind. You get all the hotel services included. I was unwell and had a really good sleep there. Bathroom is big.

The spa, the spa, the SPA! Sesethu and the detox body scrub and massage was heaven sent. It’s right downtown. The hotel is exceptionally well set up. The decor of the hotel and amenities are well thought out. The hotel room provides a loofah! A friggin loofah! The service is impeccable - clearly they are trained to provide 5 star service. The Bombay restaurant’s service and food deserves 5 stars as well. The spa- do it. Ask for Sesethu. Her hands are magic. The scrub detox body service was heaven sent. I’d go back just for that service.
